If you’re based in the United States and are considering ordering from my UK studio, whether that’s commissioning a bespoke piece or choosing a one-of-a-kind ready-made ring, I understand that buying something so meaningful from overseas can feel like a big decision.

Secure, Fully Insured Delivery to Your Door

All pieces are shipped from the UK using fully insured, tracked and signed-for international delivery.

Your jewellery will be:

Carefully packaged in discreet outer packaging
Fully insured for its full value
Tracked from dispatch through to delivery
Signed for on arrival

If you’re purchasing a ready-to-ship piece, it will be dispatched promptly with tracking provided straight away. If your piece is bespoke, I will confirm dispatch personally once it is complete.

For all US orders, taxes and import duties are included within the product price. Your jewellery is shipped Delivered Duty Paid.

No. All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, which means all taxes and import duties are covered within the product price.

You’ll be pleased to know you won't receive a surprise invoice from customs or a courier request for additional payment. Your jewellery will be delivered to your door with everything already taken care of.

Do I have to pay for shipping to the United States?

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout. The cost varies depending on the value of the piece, as all items are sent fully insured and tracked.

There are no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is the total you will pay.

How long does delivery from the UK to the USA take?

Delivery times vary slightly depending on the courier and location within the US, but once dispatched, most fully insured international shipments arrive within a few working days.

If you are purchasing a ready-to-ship piece, dispatch will be prompt. If your jewellery is bespoke, I will confirm your expected completion and delivery timeframe clearly from the beginning.

Is it safe to order fine jewellery internationally?

Yes. All pieces are shipped fully insured, tracked and signed for on arrival.

Your jewellery is securely packaged in discreet outer packaging, and insurance covers the full value of the item during transit from the UK to the USA. You will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
