Delivery

Made to order (engagement, wedding and eternity rings)

Your piece is made to your exact specifications in our workshops.
This usually takes 4–5 weeks depending on the design and workshop capacity.
Need it sooner? Get in touch before ordering and we’ll check if we can meet your date.

Ready-to-ship items

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of your order, unless otherwise stated.
Need it sooner? Get in touch before ordering and we’ll try our best to ship your order more quickly.

UK shipping

  • Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (the only UK service that fully insures jewellery)
  • Tracked with signature on delivery
  • Discreet packaging
  • Typically next working day after dispatch (Royal Mail service standard)

International shipping

  • Tracked and signed courier (carrier varies by destination)
  • Transit times typically 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Local taxes/duties may apply on arrival (payable by the recipient)

Returns

Ready-to-ship items

Changed your mind? No problem. Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Made-to-order and personalised items

Bespoke and personalised pieces (including engagement rings, wedding rings and engraved items) are made especially for you and are not eligible for a full refund.

Designer promise

I’m a designer who genuinely wants to work with you. If something isn’t quite right with a bespoke piece, I’ll always try to find a solution that works for you—this could include tweaking the design, adjusting sizing where possible, or discussing other options within workshop limits. I’ll be transparent about what’s feasible and any costs before we proceed.

How to return

  1. Email us to let us know you’d like to make a return so we can expect your parcel.
  2. Use Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured and tracked).
  3. Keep your receipt and tracking number until we confirm safe receipt.
  4. Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Sizing

Complimentary first sizing

If your engagement or wedding ring isn’t quite right, let us know as soon as possible. We offer a complimentary first sizing (where the design allows).

Please note: Full‑eternity styles (diamonds all the way around) usually cannot be resized. If you’re unsure on finger size, we’re happy to advise before ordering.

Borrow a professional ring sizing kit (refundable deposit)

For the best accuracy, you can borrow a professional sizing kit from us. These kits are more accurate than free sizers and are ideal if you’re ordering a made‑to‑order piece.

  • A refundable deposit is taken when you order the kit
  • Use the kit at home, then return it in the original condition within the stated return window
  • Your deposit is refunded in full once the kit is safely returned
