How long does it take to make a custom signet ring?

Most of our signet rings are made to order and take around 4–6 weeks from the time of purchase to delivery, this depends upon the level of personalisation required. If you need your ring for a specific date, just let me know & I’ll always do my best to meet your timeline.

What’s the difference between a cushion, oval and rectangular signet ring?

It mostly comes down to shape and style. Cushion signet rings have a soft square feel and a more traditional look. Oval signet rings are classic and timeless, while rectangular signet rings feel a little more modern and minimalist. I’m happy to help you choose the shape that best suits your hand and your personal style.

Can I order a signet ring as a gift and let the recipient customise it later?

Yes! A signet ring makes a really thoughtful gift, even if the recipient isn’t ready to finalise the details straight away. You can choose a metal and shape, and we’ll size or engrave it later. You can also gift a consultation so they can be part of the design process.

Do you offer hallmarking on your signet rings?

Absolutely. Every signet ring is fully hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office as standard. It’s your assurance that the ring has been tested and meets the UK legal standard for precious metals like 18ct gold and platinum. If you’d like to be able to see the hallmarks on your signet ring just let me know and we can have the ring stamped on the outside so the markings are visible.
