Why you can trust me
I'm Poppy, and I'll be the person you deal with from your very first message right through to the day your ring arrives. I come from a family of Jewellers, with roots in the trade going back to when my grandparents started their business in 1953, so this is something I've grown up around and care about deeply. Your ring is made by the skilled team in my Jewellery Quarter workshop, and I look after everything else, from the first idea to the finished piece in your hand.
I'm patient, and I'm honest. I'll always tell you what's genuinely best for you, give you realistic timings, and be straight about what I can and can't do. I'm not a pushy salesperson, and I won't tell you I can do something I can't just to make a sale. It's not in my nature, and I just wouldn't sleep at night.
Buying a special piece of jewellery online can feel daunting, especially when it's being made just for you. So I look after you the whole way through, talking you through your options, keeping you updated as your ring comes together, and answering any question by email or WhatsApp whenever you need me.
