WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Custom duties and taxes are now included for deliveries to the USA. Your order will be delivered with duties paid - this is included in the check out price.
IS VAT OR COUNTRY TAX APPLIED TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

VAT (20% tax) is included in product prices listed on the UK site for all orders being shipped in the UK.

For orders being shipped outside the UK, corresponding VAT and taxes are included either in the product price or added at Checkout, depending on your shipping country.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may be possible depending on the stage of production. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what options are available.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

Yes. For security and insurance purposes, all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?

Each made-to-order piece is crafted to your exact specifications in our UK workshops.
This process typically takes between three and five weeks, depending on the design and workshop schedule. The expected timescale is stated on the product page.

We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
